This has very similar optics to the 2019 “Promotion” or “Pump” of the China trade “Deal” that was never signed by President Xi…A deal that wasn’t.
• MOU stands for: Memorandum of Understanding.
MOU is Not A Peace Deal as some media are calling it.
MOU is a 60 day agreement to talk & what to talk about.
1) There is no Peace Agreement being worked on. The negotiation toward a resolution or peaceful conclusion starts after the MOU is agreed upon by both sides.
2) They are having a difficult time just agreeing to an MOU.
3) AS OF THIS PUBLICATION, THERE IS NO AGREEMENT SIGNED BY BOTH SIDES.
4) Remember, This is a “SHOW ME”, world…
• Main Issues:
Giving up Uranium current stock piles
Giving up Uranium enrichment
Giving up control the Strait of Hormuz &
Demanded Peace between Lebanon and Israel
I view the odds of these being “all agreed upon” as zero.
• Conclusion,
From this view, I see two sides that are very far apart and are having a difficult time agreeing upon what to talk about, well before actually negotiation about Peace or Resolution.
