1) The sweeping of mines as a delay to any potential reopen. 

Search "Smart Mines" for insight.

  • It's not like taking a broom and sweeping the garage floor. 
    You’re not done in an hour or so.
  • A Pentagon report indicates that it could take up to 6 months after hostilities end. 
    A minesweeper is a large, slow target.
  • Even if we optimistically assume 3 months, 
    We end up with a fairly dire global supply chain issue with ripple effects that could contain both foreseen and unforeseen impact.

  • Conclusion One, 
    This looks far more like, 
    Problematically inhibited, near closed, 
    For the foreseeable future...
  • Given the ticking clock of global Need, 
    This does not appear to match with global solution and 
    Does not look like they will end in-time for global relief.
  • This presents a timeframe mismatch, 
    Supply issues are Now, the fix appears to be far away.

I see risk being high and rising.

Regardless of what is "Said", "Signed" or "Implied", 
The timeline of sweeping is neither quick nor easy.
